I would highly recommend "Heist", located at 375 Alabama St, San Francisco. They are our neighbors and they do some really great work, for some very professional clients as well as small companies like us.

We've had very positive experiences with Heist. http://www.heistprojects.com/ Founded by a couple solid, down to earth Berkeley grads. We had them do some post production work for us, but they do soup to nuts storytelling to production.
