Metal Spinners

1.

I did a metal spinning project about 4 years back. The two local firms I found were:

New Tech Metal Spinning

-          Ray Vasquez

-          (510) 887-1148

-          ray@newtechmetalspinning.com

-          Hayward, CA

Definitely willing to do small runs, has done Stanford PD jobs before.

-          I don’t have a current sales contact name for them.

-          They are a higher tech shop, do a lot of reactor shields for chip fab.

-          But still have manual capabilities and depending on their workload might entertain a smaller project.

Best of luck,

Robert

The best one I know is Ray Vasquez at New Tech Metal Spinning
2273 American Avenue
Hayward, CA 94545

If you contact Ray give him my regards and mention Ryan Hanson whom he helped make a spun stainless steel sierra cup for ME203.  Ray also gave us a day of his time to make a spinning video at his place.  I love him!

If you could give me drawings and information regarding your spinning needs I will see if we can help you. For more information on the equipment available to Depth by WET go to our web site www.DepthbyWET.com.
I hope we can help you in what you are trying to accomplish.

We've worked with Williamsburg Metals ( http://www.williamsburgmetal.com/ ) on several projects and they've been great for development, prototyping, and production. They're in Brooklyn NY.

There is a metal spinning shop right around the corner from my office in Palo Alto.  Quality Metal Spinning located on Transport Way in PA.  I’ve never worked with them so can’t vouch for anything, but I see their store front everyday.
