Lisa Tahk I would recommend Lisa Tahk <ltahk@yahoo.com>. She is a friend of mine (Penn Law grad) who worked in corporate (Latham) for awhile and is now a solo practitioner doing a good chunk of work for design- and food-related companies. She helped me with some business formation work, & I imagine she is a good value for the type of thing you are looking for. Says she chargessimple flat fee to review an agreement for a new client (especially if referred by a friend). 
Stephen Pappas, Esq. (stephenpappas.com; steve@stephenpappas.com) a lot in the past. He's a good friend (Stanford grad '91) and a good, responsive lawyer--he works with a lot of small firms out of Palo Alto, but is pretty mobile. Highly recommended (also for Small/Med.
