New product introduction (NPI) partners. Making the turn from prototype > Production unit.

Zaotech "We’re working with them now, and they’ve been great." - Sascha Retailleau. Yona had an intro call with Scott and Dennis. They’re sharp, do their homework and ask good questions.

Q Design Studios             contact is Larry Tsai, Hong Kong   larry@qventure.partners  +852 2110.8680

I’d highly recommend my old D2M Partner's new firm - Q Design Studios. Larry Tsai runs the group, it is set up on our old “design to manufacturing" model, and his team would do an excellent job on this project. Headquartered in Hong Kong - Q has tons of relevant experience. - Bill Burnett

Shenzhen Valley Ventures          contact is Luke Fromowitz luke@svv.io SVV has an office in Boston so I invited them to visit our factory and see the prime and P3 units. they have an interesting model -- they do the manufacturing engineering and initial production in return for equity, then (if we start to scale) they might also invest cash in our Series A round. we'll sign a mutual NDA, then the next step is to connect you with my contact Luke, who has an engineering/product design background, to explore whether this makes sense for us to pursue.

Dragon Innovation          Contact is Kaethe Henning, Seattle office. Yona spoke with Kaethe on an intro call on 12/18/2019. Been warned by multiple sources to avoid Dragon. Invited Bob Denaro, Dragon's Head of Engineering, to see a Prime unit at our factory. No response.

Kaizen Dynamic                "Erin McFall  BD, Founder erin@kaizendynamic.com +1.408.666.8384

"I think we will be a good fit to help you develop your production version….and optimize your supply chain." Erin also sent a deck w product references KD has developed.

Seeed   Erin Linke is contact. Doesn’t do engineering consulting. Their engineering team designs their own products.                Can help with PCB boards in China.

On Tap Consulting          Recommended by Gabrielle Guthrie and Ryan Vinyard who says On-Tap is "good, but pricey."

Sanmina. I had a great experience working with Sanmina in Freemont doing DFM and sheet metal on low volume prototypes (7 units) on a service robot for solar power plants. After interviewing many I chose them bc we were early stage, and wanted to show that we could ramp production very quickly. Team I worked with has all moved on at this point. One was so good I hired him away to our company at the time. I've heard mixed things about Sanmina since, but the big CMs are like big consulting firms, team you get makes all the difference          -Adam French

Product Realization Group          Recommended Ryan Vinyard

Fictiv     Recommended by Nishant Bhansali who now works at Fictiv. I Spoke with a young sales ewp but it felt like they were getting into the space and not there yet.
