THE QUESTION:

Hello Peeps,

I am looking for someone to fabricate some simple welded tubular steel structures, and install some weld nuts into the structure of my camper van project. 

It's been a while since I've hired a fabricator, so I thought I'd reach out and see who you all know.

I've used these guys in Belmont before. They do good work and are pretty relaxed. They also like cars :)

I used this guy (Mark O'Brien) to build a stainless balcony for me about 5-6 years ago. He did it on site, was great to work with, and was about 1/3 the price of anyone else. Ninja irish welder. Have no idea if he's still in SF, but might be the right fit for your project...
