UX for Lean Startups by Laura Klein

Liz Sanders & Peter Jan Stappers:  Convivial Toolbox: Generative Research for the Front End of Design gives a broad introduction to a way to think about the options you have in conducting research in design.  It's a great tool to aid bridging disciplines, not just in design, but across business and organizational design as well.

UX Team of One, Leah Buley

Jane Fulton Suri's Thoughtless Acts - http://www.chroniclebooks.com/titles/thoughtless-acts.html

Design Meets Disability by Graham Pullin, published by MIT Press

Focuses more on conceptual design than on design thinking, and the author is neither a woman nor a POC, but it features case studies for designing intelligently, beautifully, and even wittily for disability.

Paola Antonelli’s books

https://www.amazon.com/Paola-Antonelli/e/B001JOD1M0

The book is Invisible Women: Data Bias in a World Designed for Men by Caroline Criado Perez

The podcast is 99% Invisible

I haven’t read this book, but I listened to an excellent podcast which discussed it.  It discusses the fact that many things are designed by men, which results in them being designed for men.  The podcast uses examples of snow plow routes, crash test dummies, and stoves in India.
